Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
- Implement and adhere to inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control strategies.
