Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. You will also ensure the accuracy and condition of outgoing shipments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
