Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Comfortable working in various temperatures
Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Labeling packages with appropriate shipping information
- Inspecting items for defects or damages before shipping
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to all safety and quality standards
- Meeting daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
