Your primary responsibilities will include packing orders, preparing them for shipment, and managing inventory. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 49 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders quickly and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare orders for shipment by labeling and ensuring the correct packaging materials are used
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that orders are packed correctly and in good condition
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming stock
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
