Responsibilities:
1. **Order Fulfillment:** Accurately pick items from the inventory using handheld scanners.
2. **Packing:** Carefully pack items to ensure safe delivery.
3. **Quality Control:** Inspect items for damage and ensure the accuracy of orders before shipping.
4. **Inventory Management:** Assist in inventory checks and restocking shelves as necessary.
5. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to meet daily targets.
6. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
7. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
1. **Age Requirement:** Must be at least 18 years old.
2. **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds.
3. **Adaptability:** Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours per shift.
2. Comfortable working in various temperatures, including refrigerated areas.
3. Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Qualifications:
1. **High School Diploma or GED:** Preferred but not required.
2. **Previous Warehouse Experience:** Preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
3. **Basic Computer Skills:** Ability to use handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
