Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Basic computer skills for managing inventory.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for long periods.
Ability to lift and move products up to 49 pounds.
Comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Responsibilities:

Sort and organize packages by destination.
Use handheld scanners to scan barcodes on products.
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
Ensure accuracy in package sorting and delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory management and tracking.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
