Key Responsibilities
- Stowing Products: Accurately place items in designated storage locations to maximize space and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Operational Efficiency: Use handheld scanners and computers to manage inventory and track orders.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and provide feedback to improve warehouse operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
- Comfortable working on your feet for up to 10 hours a day.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Qualifications
- Educational: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
