Key Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
– Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
– Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
Responsibilities:
1. **Inventory Management**: Accurately count and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
2. **Data Entry**: Input inventory data into the warehouse management system with precision and accuracy.
3. **Quality Control**: Inspect products for damages and discrepancies, ensuring only top-quality items are processed.
4. **Order Fulfillment**: Assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders as needed.
5. **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
7. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
– **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus but not mandatory.
– **Skills**: Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential.
– **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
– **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team.
