Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to optimize operations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic MS Office applications.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stay on your feet for long periods.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
