As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. ### Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years old
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
– Comfortable with standing/walking for long periods
– Basic computer skills
### Responsibilities
– **Receiving and Stowing:** Unload, receive, and store products to maintain inventory accuracy.
– **Order Processing:** Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demand.
– **Quality Control:** Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
– **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
– **Equipment Operation:** Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
– **Data Entry:** Use handheld devices to track and manage inventory.
– **Collaboration:** Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
### Qualifications
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– **Experience:** Warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
– **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
– **Physical:** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
