Requirements
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-10 hours
3. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
6. Must be able to read and take direction in English
7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
1. Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch
2. Operate moving equipment and machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
3. Stand/walk for up to 10 hours during shifts
4. Handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
1. **Receiving and Processing:** Unload trucks and sort packages for proper distribution.
2. **Order Picking:** Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders.
3. **Packing:** Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
4. **Inventory Management:** Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
5. **Quality Control:** Ensure that all items meet Amazon’s quality standards before shipping.
6. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with supervisors and fellow associates to meet daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications
1. **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
2. **Experience:** Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus but not required
3. **Skills:** Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, is beneficial
4. **Traits:** Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills
