### Job Description
As an Amazon Warehouse Station Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage and streamline the warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. ### Requirements
1. **Minimum Age:** Must be at least 18 years old.
2. **Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3. **Experience:** Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
4. **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
5. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
6. **Communication Skills:** Basic English proficiency (verbal and written).
7. **Flexibility:** Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
### Responsibilities
1. **Package Handling:** Efficiently and accurately handle and sort packages.
2. **Equipment Operation:** Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
3. **Inventory Management:** Assist in inventory control and cycle counting.
4. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all packages meet Amazon’s quality standards.
5. **Team Collaboration:** Work effectively within a team to meet daily operational goals.
6. **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
7. **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during your shift.
### Qualifications
**Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
**Experience:** Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
**Skills:** Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and basic computer skills.
