In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts
Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
Ability to walk for long periods of time
Push and pull products up to 49 pounds during shifts
Work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders, ensuring accuracy and quality
Organize and manage inventory
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
