Job Description

In addition to customer service, you’ll assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store layout. You will also perform cash register duties, including processing transactions and handling returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.

As part of your role, you will also engage in inventory management tasks, including conducting regular stock checks and assisting in the replenishment of products. Your attention to detail will help prevent stock discrepancies and ensure our shelves are always fully stocked.

Requirements

– Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

– Basic math skills for cash handling

– Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems

– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities
