Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
– Previous retail or customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Basic math skills for handling transactions
– Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Carousel Center area.
– Restock merchandise and ensure displays are visually appealing.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
– Promote current sales and promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
