Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
1. **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
2. **Sales Support:** Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
3. **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and organize displays to ensure an appealing shopping experience.
4. **Store Maintenance:** Ensure the store is clean and well-organized, creating an inviting environment for customers.
5. **Cash Handling:** Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card sales.
6. **Team Collaboration:** Work effectively with fellow team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
7. **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
– Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
– Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
– Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is an advantage.
Physical Requirements

– Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
– Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and walking throughout the store.
