Job Description
As a Retail Associate at NYC-Retail Inc., you will be responsible for engaging with customers and providing them with a seamless shopping experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing store operations. You will greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping journey.
Your role will also include restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is clean and visually appealing. You will work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events. Emphasizing product knowledge, you will educate customers about the features and benefits of our offerings, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail will ensure that all products are appropriately labeled and priced. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic math skills for cash handling.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Physical Requirements

– Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching.
Responsibilities
