Job Description:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, answering questions and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Help achieve store sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting special offers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the cash register.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and store promotions to better assist customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support daily operations and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide excellent service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selections and inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support inventory management processes, including receiving and processing shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
