### Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual passionate about consumer products and sales? NYC-Sales Inc. is looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Agents to join our expanding team. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
### Requirements
– Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Comfortable with physical activities, such as standing for long periods, walking long distances, and carrying sales materials
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
### Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
– Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
– Showcase the features and benefits of our consumer products effectively
– Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory
– Use market research and data to identify potential sales opportunities
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
– Consistently meet or surpass sales goals to contribute to the company’s growth
– Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends
– Offer valuable insights to help shape future sales strategies and product development
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
– Ensure all data is updated in the CRM system for tracking and analysis
– Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
– Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge

– Proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer products
– Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed
– Basic computer proficiency
