Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at NYC-Sales Inc., you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential clients and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be to generate sales leads, close sales, and foster long-lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of energetic professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls to sell company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for the majority of the workday.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
