Job Description

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing outstanding service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will assist customers with product selection, provide information on sales and promotions, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
Your responsibilities will include processing customer transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. You will also handle inventory management and restocking of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and appealing to customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. Your role will contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of our store and help to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous retail experience is a plus.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong customer service orientation.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Physical Requirements
– Must be able to stand for long periods.
– Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs.
– Capability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending and reaching.
Responsibilities
– Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.
