Are you a night owl with a knack for sales? NYC-Sales Inc. is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in New York. This position offers a unique opportunity to work night hours while driving sales performance and gaining valuable professional experience.

As a Night Shift Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your primary duties will include reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, or live chat, understanding their requirements, and closing deals efficiently. You will work closely with our sales team, contributing to collective goals and ensuring smooth handovers or transitions between night and day shifts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Physical requirement: Ability to sit or stand for long periods during the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries competently.
• Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work the night shift and maintain productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
