Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for handling transactions
– Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and maneuvering around the store
Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain store appearance by organizing and restocking merchandise
– Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
– Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
– Participate in promotional activities and sales events
