Requirements
– Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
– Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
– High level of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
– Review and screen resumes and applications.
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
– Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
– Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Educational Qualifications
