Job Description

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Basic math skills for handling transactions
– Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Physical Requirements
– Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift
– Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
– Capability to perform repetitive motions, such as bending, reaching, and stretching
Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
– Assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
– Participate in inventory management and stock counts
