Job Description

Our Retail Floor Staff are responsible for maintaining the store’s visual presentation and providing support to customers throughout their shopping journey. You will assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and promoting our products. Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring that the sales floor is organized and clean.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive and passionate about retail. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
– Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

– Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
– Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Physical Requirements
– Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
– Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed
– Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching overhead
Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
– Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
– Process transactions accurately at the cash register
– Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues
– Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
