### Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that involve stooping, climbing, and reaching
### Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
– Manage inventory, replenish stock, and monitor merchandise levels
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Assist in setting up displays, restocking shelves, and arranging merchandise
### Qualifications
– **Educational:** High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– **Experience:** At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is preferred.
– **Skills:** Proficiency in customer service, sales techniques, and inventory management. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
