Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
Strong customer service orientation.
Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by replenishing inventory and arranging merchandise.
Support with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking shelves.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Additional educational qualifications are a plus.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Basic proficiency in computer systems and POS software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
