Job Description
NYC-Sales Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our night shift team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Manage and restock inventory to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized throughout the night.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist in implementing store promotions and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
