Key Responsibilities:
– **Customer Engagement:** Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
– **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the latest auto parts and industry trends. Continuously update your knowledge to better serve customers.
– **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and closing sales.
– **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels. Ensure that shelves are stocked and products are organized.
– **Order Processing:** Accurately process customer orders. Handle transactions efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products.
– **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly. Provide satisfactory solutions to maintain customer loyalty.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or related fields is a plus.
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auto parts industry.
– Strong knowledge of auto parts and automotive systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
– Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications:
– **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent required; additional courses in sales or automotive technology preferred.
– **Experience:** Previous experience in auto parts sales is highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Technical aptitude with knowledge of auto parts and systems.
