NYC-Sales Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Sales Consultant for our evening shift. #### Requirements
1. **Customer Service Skills:** Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

4. **Flexibility:** Willing to work evening shifts and weekends as needed.

6. **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
7. **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as needed.

1. **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers to determine their specific needs and provide solutions.
2. **Sales Transactions:** Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. **Product Demonstrations:** Showcase product features and benefits, providing hands-on demonstrations.
4. **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stocking shelves.
5. **Sales Goals:** Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
6. **Customer Follow-Up:** Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. **Store Maintenance:** Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
#### Qualifications
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
– **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– **Problem-Solving:** Ability to quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.
– **Interpersonal Skills:** Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
– **Attention to Detail:** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
