Are you a motivated and personable individual with a passion for eyewear fashion? Visionary Optics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant specializing in eyewear, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them select the best eyewear to fit their needs, style, and budget. This role requires a well-rounded individual who feels comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and provide personalized recommendations based on their vision needs and preferences.
2. **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, including the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology.
3. **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service and sales techniques.
4. **Inventory Management:** Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and organizing displays.
5. **Order Processing:** Accurately process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and manage special orders.
6. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
7. **Customer Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
**Requirements**
1. **High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred**
2. **Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus**
3. **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
4. **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**
5. **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**
6. **Basic math skills for handling transactions**
7. **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
