Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store, online, and over the phone to assist them in selecting the appropriate fitness equipment.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product line to offer accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and product developments to offer current information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to demonstrate fitness equipment and perform minor installations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness equipment sales is highly desirable.
- Certifications in fitness or personal training are advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for building rapport and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
