**Sales Consultant – Furniture Store (Evening Shift)**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team for the evening shift. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales efficiently. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have an excellent shopping experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

### Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent.

– Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

– Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

– Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

### Responsibilities

– **Customer Engagement:** Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

– **Product Demonstration:** Showcase the features and benefits of our furniture items to customers.

– **Sales Transactions:** Efficiently process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.

– **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure stock availability.

– **Store Presentation:** Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store layout.

– **Customer Follow-Up:** Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

– **Team Collaboration:** Work with other team members to achieve store sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.

### Qualifications

– **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent.

– **Experience:** At least 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment.

– **Skills:** Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and customer service skills. Basic proficiency in computers and POS systems.

– **Availability:** Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

– **Physical:** Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
