**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
2. **Sales Presentations:** Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.
3. **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
4. **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
5. **Customer Support:** Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
**Requirements:**
1. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
2. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. **Customer Focus:** Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

7. **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
