6. **Availability:** Flexibility to work under 4-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

#### Responsibilities
1. **Assist Customers:** Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
2. **Achieve Sales Goals:** Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
3. **Maintain Store Appearance:** Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
4. **Process Transactions:** Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
5. **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability to provide accurate information to customers.
6. **Customer Follow-Up:** Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. **Collaborate:** Work closely with team members and management to create a positive and productive work environment.
