You will be entrusted with promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties, coordinating open houses, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process.
### Key Responsibilities:
– **Generate Leads:** Proactively identify and contact potential clients to generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
– **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
– **Property Tours:** Organize and conduct property tours and open houses for potential buyers.
– **Negotiation:** Skillfully negotiate offers and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
– **Documentation:** Prepare and manage necessary documentation for the buying and selling process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and successful deal closures.
### Requirements:
– **Proven Sales Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
– **Licensed Real Estate Agent:** Must hold a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one.
– **Exceptional Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
– **Customer Service Orientation:** A dedication to providing excellent customer service.

– **Flexibility:** Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
– **Physical Requirements:** Ability to travel frequently to various property locations and conduct property tours, sometimes involving stairs or uneven terrain.
### Qualifications:
