### Job Description

#### Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work weekends
– Basic computer skills for managing sales and customer databases
#### Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand for extended periods
– Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
– Manual dexterity for handling products and merchandise
#### Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
– Generate sales leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
– Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

– **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is required
– **Experience:** Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a related sales position
– **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and basic computer skills
