As a Sales Representative – Building Materials at NYC-Sales Inc., you will leverage your expertise to promote and sell a wide range of high-quality building materials. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals.

In this role, you will:

– Provide knowledgeable solutions to client inquiries and challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management:** Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.

2. **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company.

5. **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift and carry samples and promotional materials up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:
