Our Sales Representatives are customer-focused, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to sit for long periods and make multiple phone calls throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers during the night shift.
• Present and explain our products/services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
