Job Description

PetPros Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pet products and possess excellent sales acumen. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with pet store owners, veterinarians, pet groomers, and other stakeholders in the pet industry. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
• Strong understanding of pet products and the pet industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Physical stamina to travel frequently and carry product samples.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients within the pet industry.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and store visits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
