Job Description
As a Retail Associate at NYC-Retail Inc., your duties will include greeting customers warmly as they enter the store, assisting them with their inquiries, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for processing transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
You should demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring every individual leaves the store with a positive experience. Keeping the sales floor organized, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment are also key responsibilities. This role will require you to collaborate with fellow team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
In addition to customer-facing duties, you will be involved in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Flexibility is crucial, as you may be asked to cover various shifts, especially during busy retail seasons. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
Responsibilities

– Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous retail experience desired but not required; training will be provided.
