As a Store Attendant at NYC-Retail Inc., you will be responsible for various tasks that directly impact the customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Cash Register Operations: Operate the cash register efficiently, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise while monitoring stock levels.
• Promotional Displays: Set up and maintain promotional displays to attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Returns and Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
