As a Retail Sales Associate at The Westchester, you will take pride in providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. ## Requirements:
– **High School Diploma or equivalent.**
– **Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.**

– **Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.**
– **Basic math skills for cash handling.**
– **Team player with a positive attitude.**
– **Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.**
## Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
– Restock shelves and ensure inventory is well-displayed.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
– Participate in sales floor initiatives and promotions.
– Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer experience.
## Qualifications:
– **Educational Background:** High School Diploma or GED; additional education in retail management is a plus.
– **Experience Level:** Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
– **Skill Set:** Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
– **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
