This role requires you to work under 4 hours each weekend day, providing outstanding customer service while promoting our extensive range of home improvement products.

As a Weekend Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and recommending the appropriate products to meet their home improvement goals. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in retail or sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of home improvement products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Basic computer skills for transaction processing
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the store
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Close sales and process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products
  • Assist with stocking shelves and organizing displays
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and inventory levels
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained

Qualifications
