Job Description
As a Retail Associate at NYC-Retail Inc., you will be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our customers at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and is readily accessible. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will also assist in managing inventory, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts to prevent stock discrepancies.

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
– Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Basic math skills for handling transactions.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and climbing.
Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring they feel welcome.
– Provide detailed product information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restocking shelves as necessary.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
